Enquiries via the website

The order form generates an email in the visitor’s email application. The website does not store the name, telephone number, organisation or order details entered in the form.

Web analytics

Following the visitor’s explicit consent, the website may enable Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics. They help assess traffic, navigation between sections and anonymised actions: opening the catalogue, proceeding to an enquiry, clicking on a telephone number, email address or route.

Form contents, name, telephone number, email address and enquiry text are not transmitted in analytics events. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.

Cookies and local storage

The analytics preference is stored in the browser. If consent is declined, external analytics scripts are not loaded. The preference can be changed using the “Analytics settings” button in the footer of any page.
