Completion of the "Hydrogen" R&D component and successful equipment testing
We are pleased to announce the completion of a component of the experimental design work under the "Hydrogen" project. VID Company developed the complete set of design documentation and manufactured two equipment sets for universal functional modules of hydrogen fuel cell power plants.
As part of the project, two prototypes of each of the following were produced: - fuel cell protection and condition monitoring modules; - electrical energy converter and switching device units; - energy storage units.
All manufactured functional prototypes underwent comprehensive testing on an experimental vessel in Zelenodolsk.
It is important to note that during testing, the equipment demonstrated stable operation under actual operating conditions, confirming its specified technical characteristics and compliance with the most stringent safety requirements. This achievement, in turn, opens up new prospects for the development of environmentally friendly technologies in the shipbuilding industry.
Assembly of electrical distribution equipment for a high-speed multifunctional vessel of the Sokolskaya Shipyard completed
VID Company has successfully completed the manufacture of a set of electrical distribution equipment for a new vessel under construction at the Sokolskaya Shipyard.
The supply package included: - a power plant with a main switchboard (ГРЩ); - power plant automation system; - secondary distribution equipment; - control panels for drives of equipment and systems; - vessel uninterruptible power supply system.
Only domestic components were used. Each component passed mandatory testing and complies with reliability and safety requirements. The equipment delivery confirms VID Company's ability to execute comprehensive projects within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
