Valery Aleksandrovich Sazanov—back in 2006, he made the decision to establish a company that has been developing rapidly in its industry year after year. He is responsible for making key decisions regarding the company’s strategic development and management.
Valery Aleksandrovich is a man of action and determination. During the company’s formation and development, he completed more than 40 parachute jumps, and his service in the Airborne Troops from 1990 to 1994 became an important part of his life experience and discipline.
Andrey Valeryevich Kukushkin is the General Director of VID Company LLC, managing the company and determining its development priorities. Andrey Valeryevich has headed the organization since its very foundation and knows all production processes within the enterprise better than anyone.
Many years of experience in film photography, including international experience, where every frame matters, taught Andrey Valeryevich strategic vision: making well-considered decisions, taking all nuances into account and creating projects that stand the test of time.
Damir Vafievich Umyarov is the Deputy General Director, coordinating processes within the organization itself.
In addition to his work at the enterprise, he also combines it with teaching and is currently a Candidate of Technical Sciences and an active Associate Professor at Alekseev Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University in the fields of electrical equipment, electric drives and automation.

Vasiliy Viktorovich Motykhlyaev is the Head of the Legal Department, providing overall management of the division and directly participating in its key processes. He oversees contract work, conducts legal reviews of documents, organises claims and litigation activities, and analyses their results.
Extensive experience in law enforcement agencies, including participation in diploma examination committees, taught Vasily Viktorovich to see not only the letter of the law but also its practical application. This enables him to build the most effective protection of the company’s interests, based on a deep understanding of legal mechanisms.
Pavel Igorevich Smotrakov is the Deputy Head of the Legal Department and provides operational management of the division’s key areas of work. His responsibilities include the practical organisation of claims and litigation work: preparing claims, handling pre-trial disputes, preparing litigation materials, and representing the company in court.
Over 20 years of work in investigative bodies and supervisory activities, he has developed a unique skill: he sees not only the violation but also its future investigation, enabling him to build legal protection proactively.
